1. Overview

At DABDABA, we understand that receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition is an essential part of the luxury experience we promise. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. All orders delivered within India are shipped free of charge. For international orders, applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
This policy forms part of the DABDABA Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on www.dabdaba.com, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy. All references to “DABDABA” in this document shall mean DABDABA LIFESTYLE, with its registered office at Shital Heights, Cross Road, Amroli, Surat, Gujarat – 394107, India.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

“Business days” means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
During sale events, new collection launches, or festive seasons, processing times may extend to 3 – 5 business days due to high order volumes. We will notify you if your order is likely to be delayed.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email at the email address registered with your account. This confirmation includes your Order ID, itemised summary, and estimated dispatch date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our Customer Care team.

2.3 Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing:
• Your unique tracking number
• The name of the courier partner handling your shipment
• A direct tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time

You may also track your order by logging into your DABDABA account and visiting the “My Orders” section.

2.4 Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every DABDABA order undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality inspection before packing. Products are verified for authenticity, condition, and correct labelling prior to dispatch. We use premium packaging materials to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition, consistent with the DABDABA standard.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

3.1 Shipping Partners

DABDABA ships across India through trusted premium logistics partners, including but not limited to BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and DTDC. The courier partner assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and order type.

3.2 Complimentary Shipping & Delivery Timelines

DABDABA is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within India, regardless of order value. There are no shipping charges at checkout for any domestic order. The following table outlines estimated delivery timelines by zone. All timelines are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to logistical conditions, courier delays, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond DABDABA’s control. DABDABA shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

3.3 Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders. Charges for expedited delivery are determined based on your location and order details, and will be communicated to you upon request. 3.4 Serviceability

DABDABA ships to most pin codes across India. Serviceability to your pin code will be displayed at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, we recommend contacting our Customer Care team to explore alternatives.
Certain remote locations, special category states, and union territories may have limited or extended delivery windows and restricted courier options. Serviceability to your pin code will be confirmed at checkout.

3.5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select products and pin codes, subject to the following:
• COD orders must be paid in full in cash upon delivery. No partial payments will be accepted.
• COD availability will be indicated at checkout and may not be available for all pin codes, high-value orders, or during sale events.
• If you refuse a COD delivery without prior cancellation notice, the order will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO) and an RTO handling fee may apply.

4. International Shipping

4.1 Availability

DABDABA ships to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, international shipping is currently unavailable to that location. We are continuously expanding our shipping destinations; please check back or contact our Customer Care team for updates.

4.2 International Shipping Fees & Timelines

International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and order value. Exact fees will be displayed at the time of checkout. The table below provides indicative timelines and duty information by region.

All international delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch from India. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal regulations, or logistics conditions in the destination country. DABDABA is not responsible for delays at customs.

4.3 Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Levies

For all international orders, the following apply:
• All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST (outside India), and any other local government levies applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed on the Website.
• DABDABA cannot predict or pre-calculate customs duties as they vary by country, product category, and order value.
• If you refuse to pay customs duties and the order is returned to DABDABA, the shipping cost (both outbound and return) will be deducted from any refund issued.
• GST and applicable Indian export taxes are borne by DABDABA and will not be charged to the customer.

4.4 Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain products may not be permitted for import into specific countries due to local laws and regulations. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered may be legally imported into their country of residence. DABDABA will not be liable for seizure, confiscation, or any action taken by customs or government authorities in the destination country.

4.5 International Returns

International orders are subject to DABDABA’s Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please note that return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by DABDABA (e.g., wrong item dispatched or a confirmed defect). 5. Packaging

Every DABDABA order is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the luxury nature of the brand. Our packaging is designed to protect your purchase during transit while delivering an elevated unboxing experience. We use branded packaging materials that are both premium and, where possible, sustainable.
If you are purchasing a gift, gift packaging or a personalised message may be available at checkout for select orders. Please check the product page or checkout options for availability.
We strongly encourage you to retain all original packaging until you have inspected your order. Original packaging is required for eligible return and exchange requests.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

6.1 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts to your registered shipping address. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the shipment will be held at the courier’s local facility for a brief period (usually 3 – 5 days), after which it will be returned to DABDABA as an RTO.

6.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

DABDABA is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
If you realise an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact our Customer Care team immediately at care@dabdaba.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Address changes cannot be made after dispatch.

6.3 Receiver Unavailability

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, please arrange for an authorised person to collect it on your behalf, or contact the courier partner directly using the tracking details provided to reschedule delivery.

6.4 Return to Origin (RTO)

An order is marked as RTO when it cannot be delivered due to:
• Repeated failed delivery attempts (no one available to receive)
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to pay COD amount
• Refusal to pay applicable customs duties (for international orders)

In the event of an RTO on a prepaid order, DABDABA will process a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges. The deduction amount will depend on the destination and the courier charges incurred. DABDABA’s determination of deductible charges shall be final.

7. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Orders

Despite our thorough quality checks, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:
• Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for the claim process.
• Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label immediately upon receipt.
• Report the issue to our Customer Care team at care@dabdaba.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your Order ID, photographs, and a description of the issue.
• Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

All claims are subject to verification and approval by DABDABA. Upon confirmation of a valid claim, DABDABA will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, at its sole discretion. For detailed terms on damage claims, please refer to Section 13 of the DABDABA Terms & Conditions.
We strongly recommend recording a short video while opening your package. This serves as useful evidence in the event of any dispute related to the condition of the product on arrival.

8. Order Tracking

DABDABA provides end-to-end shipment tracking for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you can track it through:
• The tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
• The courier partner’s website using your tracking number.
• The “My Orders” section in your DABDABA account.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your tracking shows delivery as complete but you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

DABDABA endeavours to dispatch all orders within the stated processing timelines. However, delivery timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
• High order volumes during sale periods or festive seasons
• Logistical disruptions, courier backlogs, or route-specific issues
• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
• Government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews
• Customs delays (for international orders)
• Any other force majeure events as defined under the DABDABA Terms & Conditions

In such circumstances, DABDABA shall not be liable for delivery delays and customers shall not be entitled to cancel the order or claim damages solely on account of a shipping delay.

10. Shipping During Sale Periods

During designated sale events, processing and dispatch timelines may be extended due to significantly higher order volumes. The following additional terms apply:
• Orders placed during a sale period may take an additional 2 – 5 business days to be processed and dispatched beyond the standard processing timeline.
• Orders cannot be cancelled solely on account of shipping delays during sale periods.
• DABDABA will communicate expected delays proactively via email and on the Website.

11. Invoice & Billing

A tax invoice will be included with your shipment and also sent to your registered email address upon dispatch. The invoice will reflect the MRP of the product(s), applicable GST, and any shipping charges.
For international orders, the invoice may be required by customs for duty assessment purposes. DABDABA will accurately declare the value of goods on all commercial invoices and will not misrepresent product values for customs purposes.
