Welcome to DABDABA (“Website”), a luxury fashion platform owned and operated by DABDABA LIFESTYLE. The domain dabdaba.com is registered to DABDABA LIFESTYLE, with its registered office at Shital Heights, Cross Road, Amroli, Surat, Gujarat – 394107, India.
By accessing, browsing, or using our Website, or by purchasing any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”, or “Agreement”).

This Agreement is entered into between you (referred to as “you”, “your”, “Customer”, “User”, or “Buyer”) and DABDABA LIFESTYLE (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “DABDABA”). All subsequent references to “DABDABA” in this Agreement shall mean DABDABA LIFESTYLE.

8. Products, Pricing & Descriptions

8.1 Product Descriptions

We take exceptional care to present products with accuracy and detail. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Factors such as display settings and artisanal variations may affect presentation.
If a product received does not match its description, you must notify DABDABA within 7 days of delivery. Upon review, DABDABA reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution. If a product is not as described, your primary remedy is to return it in an unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

8.2 Product Pricing

All prices listed on the Website are expressed as the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes within India, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may differ from other sales channels or catalogues.
For orders shipped within India, applicable GST will be applied based on the shipping address. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST or applicable Indian export taxes are borne by DABDABA.

Shipping and processing fees will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, order value, and logistics requirements.

8.3 Product Compliance

8.4 Authenticity Guarantee

DABDABA is committed to the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship. Every product sold through the Website is guaranteed to be authentic and sourced directly from verified manufacturers, artisans, or authorised suppliers. We do not stock, sell, or permit the listing of counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised goods of any kind.

Each product undergoes strict quality verification before dispatch. In the rare event that you believe a product received is not authentic, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at care@dabdaba.com with photographic evidence and a description of your concern. DABDABA will investigate the matter and, where a valid authenticity concern is confirmed, will offer a full refund or replacement at its discretion.

This Authenticity Guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction arising solely from personal preference, minor artisanal variations inherent to handcrafted products, or differences in colour rendering due to screen display settings.

8.5 Inaccuracy Disclaimer

Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. DABDABA reserves the right to correct such errors, update information at any time without notice, and cancel or refuse affected orders.

9. Ordering, Payment & Cancellations

9.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges — including product price, taxes, and shipping fees — as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices reflected in our system at the time of order confirmation shall be deemed final and binding.

9.2 Payment Methods & Responsibility

DABDABA offers multiple payment options, including prepaid methods and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. By transacting on the Website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers. We may use trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Paytm, PayPal, or similar services). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
DABDABA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized transactions, payment failures, bank-imposed limits, or any other issues arising from the transaction process.

9.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Where Cash on Delivery is offered as a payment option, the following additional terms apply:
• COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. No partial payments will be accepted.
• If you refuse to accept or are unavailable to receive a COD delivery without prior notice to DABDABA, the order will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO). DABDABA reserves the right to charge an RTO handling fee, which will be deducted from any future refund or credit, or invoiced to you directly.
• Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in the suspension of COD as a payment option for your account, or suspension of your account entirely, at DABDABA’s sole discretion.
• In the event of a fake delivery attempt reported by the courier partner, DABDABA will investigate the claim. If the delivery is confirmed as having been refused or missed without valid cause, the order will be treated as an RTO and applicable charges will apply.
• COD is not available for all products, pin codes, or order values. Availability will be indicated at checkout.

9.4 Payment Verification

To ensure a secure transaction environment, we may request additional verification before processing or dispatching your order, including government-issued identification or proof of address.

9.5 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellation requests must be raised before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been marked as dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Care team at care@dabdaba.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9151515096 with your order details as soon as possible.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to banking timelines.
• Orders placed during sale periods are subject to the Sale Period Terms under Section 10 and may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
• DABDABA reserves the right to assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may decline cancellation if the order is in an advanced stage of processing.

9.6 Order Cancellation by DABDABA

DABDABA reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order in whole or in part at any time. Grounds for cancellation include, but are not limited to:
• Limited availability of products or inventory constraints.
• Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or promotional offers.
• Issues identified by payment verification or fraud prevention processes.
• Failure to meet our internal quality standards.
• Incomplete or unverifiable customer information.

If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 30 working days, subject to banking and payment provider timelines. Any promotional vouchers or store credits used will be reinstated subject to their original validity terms.

10. Sale Period Terms

The following terms apply specifically during designated sale periods and are supplementary to the standard Terms. In case of conflict, these Sale Terms prevail for matters specifically related to sale transactions.

10.1 Sale Applicability

• Sale events are valid only during specified periods, as announced on the Website.
• Discounts are applicable exclusively to selected products, as indicated on the Website.

10.2 Orders & Cancellations During Sale

• Due to high order volumes, order cancellations may not be accommodated once placed during a sale period.
• DABDABA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including due to inventory constraints or quality concerns.
• For prepaid orders that cannot be fulfilled, refunds will be processed within 15 days from confirmation of cancellation.
• Orders cannot be cancelled on account of shipping delays during the sale.

10.3 Returns & Exchanges During Sale

• Discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.
• Any approved replacements or refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the sale period.
• Orders where credit notes have been issued and utilised are not eligible for further returns, exchanges, or refunds.

11. Billing

All prices listed on DABDABA are expressed as the MRP for each product and are inclusive of applicable taxes within India, unless otherwise specified. DABDABA reserves the right to collect applicable taxes, duties, surcharges, or levies as required under law, and to revise pricing or tax components in response to regulatory changes. 12. Shipping & Delivery

12.1 Processing & Dispatch

DABDABA strives to deliver all products within the estimated timelines provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistical challenges, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control and shall not entitle you to cancel the order or claim damages.

12.2 International Orders

• International shipping is available; delivery timelines may vary due to country-specific regulations beyond our control.
• All duties, customs charges, and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
• GST or applicable Indian export taxes will be borne by DABDABA and will not be charged additionally to the customer.

12.3 Failure to Accept Delivery

In the event that you fail to accept delivery of ordered products, DABDABA reserves the right to charge additional shipping or handling fees for re-delivery, or cancel the order at its discretion. For COD orders, refusal of delivery is additionally governed by Section 9.3.

13. Damage, Defects, and Transit Issues

In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, any product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered must be reported to DABDABA within 48 hours of receipt. Notifications received after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
All claims are subject to verification and approval. DABDABA does not assume title of returned items until they are received and inspected. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon delivery to ensure eligibility for any claims.

14. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At DABDABA, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Every item undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

14.1 Eligibility

Returns are accepted provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund, unless specifically covered under a product warranty.

14.2 Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accompanying materials must be intact.
• The item must pass our internal quality inspection upon return.

14.3 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products and are subject to stock availability. The following terms apply to exchanges made outside of designated sale periods:
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, in the same manner as a return request.
• Products submitted for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are permitted for a different size, colour, or style of the same product where stock is available. If the desired variant is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered at DABDABA’s discretion.
• Each product may be exchanged only once. Items received as part of an exchange are not eligible for further exchange.
• Any price difference between the original product and the exchanged product must be paid by the customer (or will be refunded/credited, as applicable).
• Shipping costs for exchanges — both return of the original and delivery of the replacement — are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error by DABDABA (e.g., wrong item dispatched).
• Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for exchange except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery, as specified in Section 10.3.

14.4 Refund Processing

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of DABDABA. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

15. Customer Reviews & Ratings

DABDABA may offer users the ability to submit product reviews and ratings on the Website. By submitting a review, you agree to the following:
• You must have purchased the product and are providing a genuine, first-hand account of your experience.
• Reviews must be truthful, relevant, and respectful. They must not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Reviews must not include personal information of any third party, unsolicited promotional content, or references to competitor brands.
• By submitting a review, you grant DABDABA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, reproduce, and display your review on the Website and in marketing materials.
• DABDABA reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review at its sole discretion, without notice, if it is found to violate these Terms or applicable law.
• DABDABA does not endorse any views expressed in user reviews. All reviews represent the opinions of the individual reviewer only.

16. Gift Cards

The following terms govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Gift Cards issued by DABDABA:
1. Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively on the official DABDABA Website.
2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
3. If the total order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid via an available payment method.
4. Gift Cards are valid for 21 days from the date of issue. Any unused balance after expiry is automatically forfeited.
5. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
6. The holder is solely responsible for the safety and confidentiality of the Gift Card.
7. DABDABA shall not be liable for loss, theft, or unauthorized use arising from disclosure of Gift Card details, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
8. The validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended. Expired or unused Gift Cards will not be reissued.
9. Gift Cards are classified as prepaid instruments and are subject to applicable RBI regulations. DABDABA may be required to share transaction details and KYC information with regulatory authorities.
10. No additional fees or charges are applicable to the purchase of Gift Cards unless otherwise specified.

17. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

17.1 “As Is” Basis

All information, content, materials, products, and services made available through DABDABA are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. DABDABA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website’s operation, the accuracy of content, or the quality of products and services.

17.2 Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or non-misleading at all times.

17.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DABDABA shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, any content or services provided, or any delays or technical issues. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

17.4 Security & Technical Risks

17.5 No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Website constitutes, or is intended to constitute, any form of professional, legal, or commercial advice.

17.6 Product Use & Legal Compliance

All products sold are governed by applicable Indian laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase, import, or use of products complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Where delivery cannot be completed due to legal restrictions, DABDABA will, at its discretion, refund or credit the amount received.

18. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DABDABA — including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners — from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms or related policies.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.
• Any damage to person or property caused by your use of products purchased from the Website.

19. Breach

In the event of any breach or suspected breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies, or if we are unable to verify information provided by you, DABDABA reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

Lack of funds shall not be considered a Force Majeure event.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your interactions with such websites are at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

23. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your dealings with DABDABA — including matters relating to the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, India.
You agree that your obligations, including payment obligations, shall continue and shall not be suspended during the pendency of any dispute or legal proceedings.
